Perfection…
By far the best we have stayed in. Beautifully and comfortably furnished. Extremely well equipped kitchen, extra linens, towels and beach towels. In-unit safe which is not very common but so appreciated. The views and the pools are simply sublime. The gym is also well equipped, and offers a killer view. Not that we used it. The lap pool more than semi-olympic at 100-feet long was more our thing. Overall, 12 days of pure joy. Can not wait to return.

Fantastic Accommodations!
Can I just move here full-time? Marilena and Mark are delightful and helpful hosts. The condo has amazing views, great amenities and is spotlessly clean. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the location, which is a short 10 minute walk downhill into town (or a quick $3 Uber ride uphill back). I didn’t want to leave and look forward to returning soon.

Oceanfront paradise in great building with amazing view and nice owners
Location Location Location! Right on the beach in Conchas Chinas in Sayan Beach -Great 2400 SF unit with open great room nicely stocked with supplies (dishes, bedding, towels, etc) on great property and washer/dryer. Sound of the ocean always fills the apartment. -3 pools and hot tub on the grounds with access to the beach and walk to town. Great pool for lap swimmers. -wonderful ownership; very transparent on property issues and easy to contact -Nice and reasonable priced restaurant at the building is very convenient and inexpensive. Pretty good food for breakfast lunch and dinner.

A definite 5 stars for Sayan32…
My husband and I stayed there for the season of 2019/2020 in the lap of luxury. Everything we needed was included along with a beautiful ocean front view. I loved the big glass sliding walls to access the large terrace area from both the living area and master bedroom. The building is secure, quiet, and private and an easy walk into Old Town of Puerto Vallarta. The on-site restaurant was very reasonable and delicious, whether we were eating in the poolside dining area or taking out to eat at ‘home’, it was wonderful. Every staff member is fantastic, friendly, and accommodating. Check in/out was smooth and we found the owners extremely easy to work with.

Wonderful views, clean modern interior, and great location…
This condo unit is exactly as described. Owner is very easy to work with, check in process is smooth. The condo is located right above Sayan Beach – this is Sayan Tropicale, and it has a really nice restaurant, bar, and gym on the lower level. Several different pools and a hot tub, plus direct access to the beach below. The condo itself has a wall of windows that open to the lanai. Perfect outdoor living setup. We used the outdoor jacuzzi once, it is relaxing and a nice touch. The kitchen has everything you will need for preparing meals. I recommend taking a car to a large grocery to provision your stay. What we really enjoyed above all else is the sound of waves crashing against the shore. Completely drowns out any noise from other units or the pool. Although, there are only about 40 units in this building so it is inherently quiet. There was a minor amount of construction noise from a few buildings away – not enough to bother you. We will stay here again if we have the chance. Enjoy your stay at Sayan32!

Gorgeous home in the perfect location!
I cannot say enough about this condo. It was beautiful! Plenty of room to spread out and modern. With 3 full bathrooms and bedrooms all with tv, internet, and cable you can have your privacy too. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook and a few extras too. There is a nice lounging pool and also there is a lap pool. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced as well. The location is very close to town and Uber was about 45 pesos on a Saturday night, which is just over 2 US dollars, you can walk to town too. We will definitely be looking to return!
